As Accounts Receivable, you will be part of the finance department and work closely together with your colleagues from Sales & Aftersales. In this role, we need you to navigate easily between our two offices and be able to work independently. You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable and make sure the accounts are always accurate and collected on time. Your main challenge is to set up, improve and implement a scalable international debtor process. The end goal is to have a very efficient start to end account receivable process; ensuring that every sale we make brings money in the bank.
Pro-actively contribute to improving processes and take the lead in the implementation in account receivable
Optimize the (automated) invoice processes
Contact debtors regarding open invoices by phone and email
Handle incoming calls and emails from debtors
Invoicing to customers
Engaging with Finance, Sales & Aftersales any other business stakeholders within accounts receivable
Making account receivable reports
Maintain account receivable data and related actions in Exact and Quickbooks
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with subscription invoicing
Experience with accounting software like Exact, Quickbooks or similar
Excellent communication skills in English, and a second language like Dutch, French or German
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment.
