Project and Customer Success Manager - Native French

We are ViriCiti; a young cleantech company of 60+ ambitious ViriCitizens who are working hard on the electric transition of commercial vehicles. As we are growing fast, we are now looking for a hands-on Project and Customer Success Manager for our French-speaking markets (based in France or in the Netherlands), with great communication skills, technically savvy, and with a customer-centric mindset.

Your job

You will be part of our fast-evolving Customer Excellence team that is responsible for happy and engaged customers. You will have an important role in leading the implementation of our solution with customers, onboarding their teams, and training them on how to use our platform. In this role, you will be a vital part of ViriCiti which means you get a lot of freedom to take initiative, but you also need to be able to adjust quickly to new situations and to learn fast.

  • First point of contact for our French-speaking customers.
  • Responsible for spotless project coordination for new and existing customers.
  • Engaging with customers both in face-to-face meetings, via phone, emails and Zoom.
  • Defining our customers’ needs and creating a success plan together.
  • Onboarding and training both on site and online.
  • Analysing and solving various issues/bugs of our customers and act as the voice of the customer towards the development team.
  • Collaborating with all involved departments (e.g. sales, aftersales, software development).
  • Contributing to constantly improving processes and workflows.



    • Minimum University degree with preference in Engineering educational background.
    • Work experience in a similar position (e.g. Account Management, Customer Project Engineer) is a big plus.
    • Strong technical affinity and/or experience in IT
    • Based in France or Netherlands, preferably in Paris/Northern France or Amsterdam areas.
    • Ability to interact with multiple layers of stakeholders and organizations.
    • Analytical mindset, enjoy solving problems and taking initiative.
    • Ability to work independently and accurately.
    • Excellent communication skills in French (native) and English (fluent).
    • Key traits: people person, result-driven, committed, team player & IT savvy.
