We are looking for a Project Engineer who is eager to learn and wants to be part of the transition to commercial zero-emission transportation on a global scale. In this ambitious and challenging role, you will work closely with the software development team; as well as working with customers onsite to ensure a high level of ongoing customer success. To thrive in our dynamic environment it is important that you have the ability to work productively and efficiently at the same time. Your position will be key in our expansion in the States! Therefore we need you to think and act like a real entrepreneur with a curious mind and a hands-on mentality!
Responsibilities & Tasks
On-call support for customer deployments
Provide online training and demonstration of ViriCiti’s system
Improving and refining online system documentation
Feature improvement and beta testing
Bug tracking and issue resolution ownership
Assist with developing and further defining customer success criteria
Project deployment support
Occasional sales support
Maintaining high quality customer relationships
Software configuration management
At least 4 years of automotive experience directly working with CAN based communication networks, or
At least 4 years of transit experience working with ITS systems at an authority or commercial fleet, or
At least 4 years of CAD/AVL an ITS company
Great communication skills both oral and written
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Ability to obtain a US passport
Current driver’s license
Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Additional nice to haves
Experience working major public transportation system, or renewable energy sector
MS Engineering degree
Experience with 8D failure analysis
